Our refunds and returns policy is within 3 days. If request after 3 days since your received the order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and not a single scribed on the book and in the same condition (as it is) that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us in advanced with full and clear pictures of the books for the reason to ask for return/refund.

All books sold are not returnable unless meet these below criterias:

• Book with printing errors.
• Book with missing pages.
• Book with incorrect order (e.g. wrong book, incorrect quantity and etc..)

 

If the above criteria was met we will granted a full refunds (with the condition that the book MUST be return back to the sender address beforehand to check for it’s conditions.)

 

Shipping Policy

1. All order received before 8am to process on the same day.
2. All Order received after 8am to ship out the next day.
3. Expected delivery is 2-3 days (within Peninsular Malaysia), 5-14 days (East Malaysia, depends on location & courier service of the area)
4. The shipping cost to follow the rates provided by our local courier service company (J&T Express)
5. Shipping methods to service by J&T Express as our shipping partner nationwide
6. For digital product (for example e-book/access code) to ship out within 5 working days to buyer’s email address respectively.

Refunds

Once your returns is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Kindly contact us for further confirmation.

If your request have been approved, we will proceed to process your request and will transfer to your bank account within 10 (ten) working days.

Late or missing refunds

Please give us your accurate bank account number for us to process your request smoothly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time to take for your exchanged product to reach your designated address may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
